Program Overview
The FC Montco Intramural program promotes a love of the game by teaching soccer fundamentals in a fun, positive, and safe environment. We emphasize skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork for players of all levels.
Locations
Pee Wees, Juniors, and U8–U12 age groups play primarily at Heebner Park. Older groups (U14+) may partner with local clubs (Royersford, Whitpain, or Perkiomen Valley) for a wider range of competition.
Coaching
The program relies on volunteer parents. Head coaches receive a 100% registration refund for their child. All volunteers must complete PA state-mandated background clearances.
Season Information
Fall Season
(Core Season)
- Timeline: Late August through early November (8-week season).
- Practices: One 60–90 minute weeknight practice (day/time chosen by the coach).
- Games: Held on Saturdays at Heebner Park.
Spring Season
(Multi-Sport Friendly)
- Timeline: Late March through early June.
- Special Event: Registration includes free entry into the Marc J. Small Memorial Charity 3v3 Tournament in June.
- Format: Focuses on maintaining skills with weekly games and practices.

Available Discounts:
- Sibling Discount: $25 off for the 2nd and subsequent intramural players in a family.
- Head Coach Refund: 100% refund of player fees at the end of the season.
Age Group Determination (2026-2027)
FC Montco uses a School Year model (Aug 1 – July 31) to align players with their classmates.

Equipment & Policies
Required Gear
Shin guards (mandatory, must be covered by socks), soccer ball, and water bottle. Cleats are recommended for U8+, while sneakers are acceptable for Pee Wees.
Conflict Nights
You may specify one weeknight during registration that your player cannot practice to help with proper team placement.
